Service Coverage

We currently deliver only within Bangalore, India.

Payment Confirmation & Processing

It may take up to 4 hours to confirm payment with the bank. Once payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 4 hours, subject to product availability.

Delivery Timeline

All deliveries within Bangalore will be completed within 24 hours of order placement. In case of any delays, you will be informed via call, email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Delivery Confirmation

Before shipping, we will contact you to confirm the delivery location and time. A complete postal address, including PIN code, email address, and contact number, is required for successful delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If any item from your order is not in stock, we will procure and dispatch it within 10 working days. You will be kept informed in such cases.

Packaging Policy

Products are packaged based on their type using biodegradable paper bags, cotton cloth bags, and glass jars. We follow a zero-waste packaging policy and recycle bags and jars after delivery to support a plastic-free environment.

Delivery Delays

Delivery time may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transport strikes, or unexpected delays from delivery partners.

Product Quality Complaints

Complaints regarding rotten or spoiled products will only be accepted within 1 hour of delivery. Please email ask@frootex.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos clearly showing the condition of the delivered items.
