Domestic Policy

A. Postponement or Cancellation

• For perishable items, please place a request for the postponement or cancellation of your order before the order cut-off time. Cancellation can be requested only via an email sent to sales@frootex.com. We do not accept cancellation via phone call/SMS.

• In case a cancellation or postponement request is made for orders for perishable items after the cut-off time, we charge 50% of the price of perishables and refund the rest. The cancellation charge is levied because we harvest our goods based on receiving orders.

• A significant amount of effort goes into ensuring that you get good quality produce. So, we humbly request you to cooperate in this regard.

• There are no cancellation charges on non-perishable items.

B. Returns

At the time of delivery:

If you are unhappy with the quality of our product, you can return them at the time of delivery. We only accept returns at the time of delivery. Just take a minute to email us your feedback at sales@frootex.com, so we can learn from the experience and serve our customers better in the future.

Organic Produce Note:

Based on our experience so far, we would like to state that it is unfair to judge organic produce by its looks. Organic produce may not be the best-looking in terms of its symmetry or shape, unlike its non-organic counterparts. This is because no chemical additions are made at any point during the process to make it look good. But, the produce is normally very good inside. So, if you want to return the produce based on its outward appearance (either not appealing or looking dull, or in the case of bananas, they look blackish), we request you to please give the fruits a try. In case you do feel they are not up to the mark, we would most definitely refund the price you paid for them.

After delivery is completed, due to quality issues:

Complaints about rotten or spoiled products will be accepted only within one hour of delivery. Please send an email to sales@frootex.com mentioning the order number, with supporting photos and/or videos clearly showing the quality and condition of delivered goods. We do not accept returns after delivery is completed. We do not accept complaints about rotten or spoiled products via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or other means of instant messaging.

C. Refunds

• After the conditions for refunds are satisfied, we will credit the refunded amount to the source from where you paid it, within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.

• We do not offer replacement of the delivered goods.

International Policy

• We do not accept returns of international orders.

• Complaints about rotten or spoiled products will be accepted only within one hour of delivery.
