Introduction

Once your order is placed, it will be processed.

Domestic Policy

It takes up to 4 hours to confirm payment with the bank.

We shall ship all orders within 4 hours of receiving the order and confirmation of its payment.

Delivery within Bangalore, India shall be completed within 4 hours of shipping.

• Once the payment is confirmed with the respective bank, your order is packed and shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp message/SMS with your order tracking details.

• Once we receive the order, before shipping, we will call you and confirm the delivery location and time of delivery. A complete postal address including the PIN code, email address, and contact number are essential for us to ship your order, provided the ordered item(s) is/are in stock.

• If any of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will procure and dispatch them within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

• Products will be packaged based on the type of items.

• We practice zero-waste packaging for all our deliveries. We use biodegradable paper bags, cotton cloth bags, and glass jars.

• We recycle bags and glass jars/bottles used for delivery after completing the deliveries to the customer. This step is aimed at building a plastic-free society with the support of our environmentally-conscious customers.

• Delivery time is subject to some factors beyond our control including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our delivery partner(s) and transporters, weather conditions, and strikes.

• Complaints about rotten or spoiled products will be accepted only within one hour of delivery. Please email sales@frootex.com mentioning the order number with supporting photos and/or videos clearly showing the quality and condition of delivered goods.

International Policy

For international shipping, we use DHL as our standard shipping partner (Charges are on actuals). Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes, and delivery company's processing fees for clearing customs are to be borne by the customer.

• All orders will start getting processed on the same day that they are placed after the payment for them is confirmed.

• The delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time is subject to some factors beyond our control including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from our delivery partner(s) and transporters, weather conditions, and strikes. The number of days for delivery can increase due to a delay in customs processing at the destination country.

• Once we receive the order, before shipping, we will call or email you and confirm the delivery location and time and date of delivery. A complete postal address including the ZIP (or equivalent) code, email address, and contact number with international country code are essential for us to ship your order, provided the ordered item(s) is/are in stock.

• The following clauses from the domestic shipping policy stated above apply to the international policy: #5, #6, #8, #9, #13, #14, and #15.
